Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. All practices are guided and trauma-informed with opt-in/opt-out choice points. Chairs are available; floor seating is optional.

What if I can only attend one night?

Each night stands alone. Attend either evening or bundle both for the full arc from shadow to light.

What does VIP include?

VIP is for those who want a more intimate, resourced experience. Refunds / transfers?
